First Choice and Diversified Communications Enter Into a Merger

Now Offer More Cost Effective Business Communications Solutions

CHANHASSEN, Jan. 3 – First Choice (Privately Held) and Diversified Communications (Privately Held) have signed an agreement to merge their companies effective December 31, 2000.

"This merger significantly extends the business communications capital, maintenance, support and expansion expenditures of our customers." Gary Goll, CEO.

Effective immediately both companies can now deliver a higher quality service and equipment to customers.

These offerings include:

    • Total Nortel Voice and Data Business Communications Solutions
      • Systems Engineering Services
      • Installation and Rollout Services
      • Maintenance and Support Services
    • New/Used/Blended Nortel Systems and Parts
    • Rev-Level Enhanced Nortel Parts and Systems
    • Asset Recovery or Trade-In for Nortel and Non-Nortel Equipment.

The new company will continue to operate out of Chanhassen, St Cloud, Alexandria and Brainerd Minnesota.
