Networks Expands It’s Technical Services Organization
Successes Lead to Increasing
Demands
CHANHASSEN, August 7 – Diversified
Networks (Privately Held). Today
Diversified Networks is announcing that it has expanded and reorganized
its technical services operations. These
expansions include four new technical managers and one new senior
technician. Today
Diversified is also announcing internal changes that have been made over
the past eighteen months to improve the logistical support for its
technicians. These changes
include a new Service Desk, a new Project Manager for installations, a new
computerized service ticketing system, an automated spares and
installation materials stocking system, plus procedural changes that
simplify and speed up the billing system.
